Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Work From Home - Customer Care Coordinator in Auto Servicing. You’ll be the first line of support for general account and payment questions, handling escalations with empathy and end-to-end ownership.

This 100% remote role requires a private, reliable internet connection and a quiet home office. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CST, and have opportunities to grow into a customer advocate position within the Capital One ecosystem.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of Customer Service or Call Center Experience
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft office
