Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is hiring a Customer Care Advisor for a fully remote, full-time role. Shifts run 8 hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, with comprehensive 7-week orientation and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in insurance operations, remote medical or technical role, or related field.
• Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.
