Job summary

Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is hiring inbound customer service representatives for a fully remote role. You will be the first contact for individuals relying on essential services, delivering calm, clear, and helpful support from home.

Training is provided: first two weeks with a 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST schedule. You’ll handle calls, troubleshoot basic issues, schedule appointments, document interactions, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved while working with a remote team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Remote call-based customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
• Comfort working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and follow directions completely.
• Must complete credentialing and background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with a positive, solution-focused customer experience.
• Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and create support tickets.
• Schedule appointments at designated service locations.
• Document all customer interactions accurately.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved.
• Provide consistent, high-quality service in a structured environment.
