Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is hiring a Customer Care Advisor for a fully remote, full-time role. Shifts run 8 hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, with comprehensive 7-week orientation and ongoing support.

Qualifications

The Mission

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time, remote
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Eastern Time)
• Training: Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support
• Environment: 100% remote work opportunity

Requirements

• Pay: $18.00/hour starting rate / $19.00/hour starting rate for bilingual candidates; plus bonus opportunities.
