MCI is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role supports a mix of on-site and remote agents across locations and emphasizes efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include listening to customers, completing account tasks, spotting upsell opportunities, and maintaining strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the country.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
• Reliable with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot and follow up on customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers, understand needs, and resolve issues.
• Use systems to complete account management tasks.
• Recognize sales opportunities and upgrade where appropriate.
• Explain and position products and processes to customers.
• Escalate dissatisfaction to management when needed.
• Aim for first call resolution through problem solving.
