Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from employees to answer questions and resolve HR/benefits issues.
• Process health enrollments, tax updates, direct deposits, and retirement elections.
• Initiate outbound calls to provide updates on pending cases or topics.
• Navigate multiple systems to provide answers while maintaining a live customer interaction.
• Communicate with third parties to research and assist customers.
