Alight Solutions Ltd in the United States is seeking ambitious, motivated Customer Care Representatives to work virtual from home. This role requires empathy, strong communication and the ability to handle high volumes of inquiries about health benefits, 401k, payroll and leaves of absence.

You will be trained and supported to develop product knowledge and deliver excellent service. A remote-friendly environment, flexible hours where possible, and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualificações

• At least 4 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task using several Windows applications while assisting a customer on the phone.
• Flexible to work a specified shift and extended hours as necessary.
• Internet connectivity requirement for remote positions and hardware readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients' employees to answer questions and resolve HR/financial issues.
• Process transactions such as health enrollments, 401k updates, and retirement elections.
• Initiate outbound calls to update customers on pending cases or other topics.
• Navigate multiple tools/systems to provide answers while managing live interactions.
• Assist customers by researching updates and coordinating with third parties.
