Qualifications

• 1 year of call center experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Basic typing and computer skills with good navigational ability.
• High-speed internet access (minimum 3 Mbps upload, 30 Mbps download).
• A quiet home workspace free of distractions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Manage 60–80 calls per day with higher volumes on Mondays.
