Job summary

MTM Health is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the frontline voice handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities, delivering friendly service and accurate information from home.

Must reside in Connecticut and have 1 year of call center experience and 6 months of customer service, plus solid typing and reliable high-speed internet; a quiet home workspace is essential. The role is remote from CT with a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Connecticut.
• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing/computer experience with good navigational skills.
• High speed Internet with minimum 3 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download; wireless/WiFi not allowed.
• A quiet space at home free of distractions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities; 60–80 calls daily with higher volumes on Mondays.
• Serve as MTM Health’s frontline representative and image, ensuring accurate information and courteous service.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver helpful, timely support and escalate issues when needed.
