Job summary

MTM Health is hiring a Customer Care Representative to be the frontline of our service. This role handles inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities, averaging 60–80 calls a day with higher volumes on Mondays, while working remotely from Rhode Island.

The ideal candidate resides in Rhode Island and brings 1 year of call center experience and 6 months of customer service, plus basic typing, reliable high‑speed internet, and a quiet home workspace.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Rhode Island.
• 1 year of call center experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Basic typing / computer skills.
• High speed internet with a stable connection (min 3 Mbps up, 30 Mbps down).
• Quiet space within the home free of distractions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Achieve call-volume targets with 60–80 calls daily, higher on Mondays.
• Provide accurate information and courteous service to callers.
• Navigate systems to document interactions and resolve inquiries.
