Job summary

MTM Health, remote Texas-based, is seeking a 2nd Shift Customer Care Representative to handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities. Expect 60–80 calls per day with shifts starting after 2pm CST; some weekends may be required.

You must reside in Texas and bring 1 year of call center experience and 6 months of customer service experience, along with basic typing and computer skills and reliable high-speed internet.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Call Center experience
• 6 months Customer Service experience
• Basic typing/computer experience with good navigational skills
• High speed Internet access (Cable/DSL/Fiber) with adequate speeds

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities; expect 60–80 calls daily and higher on Mondays
• Shifts start after 2pm CST and may include weekends
