This role emphasizes compassionate service and reliable communication. The position requires Texas residency, 1 year in a call center, 6 months in customer service, and a quiet home workspace with a fast wired internet connection.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Texas.
• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• High-speed Internet with a minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps and download speed of 30 Mbps.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Serve as frontline representative and uphold MTM Health image.
• Manage 60–80 calls per day with higher volumes on Mondays.
