Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Wisconsin.
• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing and computer skills.
• High speed Internet with stable connection.
• Quiet home workspace free of distractions.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Expected to manage 60–80 calls per day with higher volumes on Mondays.
