Job summary

MTM Health is seeking a 2nd Shift Customer Care Representative to remotely assist Members, Clients and Facilities from Texas. You will handle inbound calls, provide information, and support our services while working a schedule that starts after 2pm CST on most shifts.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of Call Center experience, 6 months in Customer Service, and solid typing/computer skills. A reliable home workspace and high-speed internet are required.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Texas
• 1 year of Call Center experience
• 6 months Customer Service experience
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
• High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps). Use of wireless and WiFi "air cards" is prohibited
• A quiet space within the home free of distractions including caretaking of any kind

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Manage 60–80 calls per day with higher volumes on Mondays.
• Represent MTM Health professionally as the frontline image of the company.
