Job summary

MTM Health is hiring a 2nd Shift Customer Care Representative for remote work in Texas. You will be the frontline, handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities, with a focus on compassionate service and accurate information.

Expect 60–80 calls per day, mostly after 2pm CST; the role requires at least 1 year in a call center, 6 months in customer service, and solid typing and computer skills. A reliable high-speed Internet connection is required, and the company offers

Qualifications

• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Must currently reside in Texas.
• Basic typing/computer skills.
• High speed Internet access (Cable/DSL/Fiber) with wired connection preferred.
• Quiet home workspace free of distractions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Maintain 60–80 calls per day with higher volumes on Mondays.
• Provide accurate information and record interactions in the system.
