MTM Health is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the frontline face of our team, handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities with professionalism and empathy.

Based in Missouri and working remotely, you will manage 60-80 calls daily, with higher volumes on Mondays, and contribute to our mission of breaking barriers in healthcare. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth in a supportive, multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Missouri.
• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills.
• High speed Internet access with min speeds 3 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download; wireless/WiFi prohibited.
• A quiet space at home free of distractions including caretaking duties.
