Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Work From Home Customer Care Coordinator in Auto Servicing. You will be the voice of the company, handling general account and payment questions and managing offshore and web-support escalations.

The role is a Coordinator level with a Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CST schedule. A High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of customer service or call center experience are required; familiarity with Google Suite or Microsoft Office is also needed, with 3+ years in CS or finance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of Customer Service or Call Center Experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in the Financial Industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care by addressing general account and payment questions.
• Resolve complex escalations from offshore agents with end-to-end ownership.
• Deliver exceptional service for customer inquiries and payments.
• Assist customers and navigate challenging issues to resolution.
