Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Connecticut.
• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• High speed internet with minimum speeds 3 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download; wireless not allowed.
• A quiet home workspace free of distractions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Calls range 60–80 per day with higher volumes on Mondays.
• Roles will expand in complexity as skills progress.
