Zoom is seeking a Program Manager, Customer Advocacy to lead end-to-end customer-review strategy across Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, and G2. You will build an always-on program coordinating reviews, narratives, and AI-ready content to differentiate Zoom in the market.

You will work across Sales, Product Marketing, and Analyst Relations to elevate customer evidence into scalable assets, with a focus on strategically-timed reviews and cross-functional execution.

• Experience building and managing customer-review programs.
• Experience supporting analyst evaluations with references.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end customer-review strategy across major platforms.
• Own customer review calendar aligned to analyst cycles.
• Prioritize visibility of reviews to maximize AI citations and narratives.
• Manage presence across all review platforms with accuracy and strategy.
• Support analyst market evaluations with high-quality references.
• Collaborate with Sales, Content, Marketing, Social, and AR teams.
• Partner with vendors to shift to a strategic content engine.
• Surface growth by integrating reviews into AI search and licensing.
