Job summary

StatLab Medical Products is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support sales orders, client setup, and exception processing. The role requires 2 years in relationship-building customer service and 1 year with ERP systems such as Epicor.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in relationship-building customer service environment for a tangible product.
• 1 year experience with ERP systems such as Epicor.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders with up to 2 errors per month.
• Set up new clients as needed and support sales reps.
• Handle exception processing and create credit memos/freight claims.
• Process freight claims and pursue carrier payment.
• Adhere to company safety standards and core values.
• Attend scheduled meetings and clock in/out with minimal errors.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork at all times.
• Follow policies to avoid warnings during evaluation period.
• Ensure accuracy in orders and maintain standing orders (holds, releases, additions).
• Enter exceptions into Case module and maintain documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and stress management while meeting deadlines.
