Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year inbound call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and navigation of company websites.
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• SAP experience a plus; problem solving ability essential.

Responsibilities

• Responds to at least 40 calls per day in an inbound call center.
• Maintain strong performance against KPIs.
• Input and modify customer orders in SAP.
• Provide order status, quotes, returns, credits and rebill info.
• Track shipments and provide proof of delivery.
• Input basic account balance info for invoicing; may process payments.
• Process document requests and credit/debit memos per policy.
• Answer product questions as first line of response.
• Resolve discrepancies and customer complaints.
• Other duties as assigned.
