Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a ful- time Agent, Fun Expert in Florida to handle guest inquiries, assist with cruise bookings, and provide technical support for Carnival online tools. The role includes pre-sale activities, upselling opportunities, and assisting with excursions.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends, and access to a quiet workspace with reliable internet. Training is provided in early 2027.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma REQUIRED.
• 6 months–1 year prior sales and customer service REQUIRED.
• Full-time role with evenings/weekends; January 2027 class.
• Training Schedule: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM EST (weeks 1–5) and 1:30–10 PM EST (weeks 6–7).
• Must have own equipment; $750 stipend after 90 days; quiet workspace.
• MacBooks/Chromebooks/iPads not supported; high-speed internet required.
• Consistent attendance is essential; flexible schedule as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from guests and travel advisers on technical issues with Carnival systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to IT support.
• Process pre-sale transactions and guide customers through self-service tools.
• Advise guests on shore excursions and compare options based on preferences.
• Convert sales calls into cruise bookings by documenting preferences as leads.
