Carnival Corporation is seeking an Agent, Fun Expert to assist guests with cruise bookings, planning itineraries, and pre-cruise sales. You will handle inbound calls, guide guests through self-service tools, and support outbound leads to convert calls into bookings.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales targets, and participation in ongoing training. A January 2027 start is noted with flexible scheduling and company-wide benefits.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales and customer service experience required.
• Must be able to work 1:30-10 during the week and 1 weekend day shift from 9-6pm EST.
• Initial training lasts seven consecutive weeks.
• Training schedules include daytime and evening shifts in EST.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls from guests and travel advisers on technical issues with Carnival's online platforms.
• Troubleshoot user-facing issues and escalate complex cases to IT.
• Complete pre-sale transactions and guide guests in navigating self-service apps.
• Answer questions about shore excursions and comparisons based on guest preferences.
• Assist with fun shop inquiries and process related orders.
• Guide users through Goccl functions and features for bookings.
