Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager in the United States to own and drive cross-functional programs across Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You will lead initiatives end-to-end, from ambiguity to measurable, documented processes with named owners and defined completion dates.

The role requires 4–7+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to operate across multiple teams and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• 4-7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business ops
• Background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics or similar ops domain

Responsibilities

• Own Program Execution: Run 3–5 concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners
• Drive Outcomes Across Teams: Push programs to completion across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Ops, Solutions and GTM
• Diagnose & Redesign Workflows: Map workflows, quantify current state costs, design replacements
• Deliver the Analysis: Use Lob's data/AI tooling to support program decisions
• Hand Off What You Build: Document programs and assign a lasting owner with metrics
• Communicate to Leadership: Prepare program reviews and explain recommendations
• Cover the Gaps: Support FP&A, Deal Desk and company-wide operating cadences
