Job summary

Custom Ink seeks a CRM Marketing Coordinator for a remote, salaried role. You will create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns, manage customer data, and report on performance to optimize the customer journey. This position requires residing in a state where Custom Ink is registered.

You will collaborate with internal teams like Site and Sales, analyze data, and contribute to segmentation and testing strategies. The role offers growth and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing (email/SMS/Direct Mail).
• Familiarity with ESPs and CDPs: Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Understanding of AI for content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.
• Basic understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to pull reports and analyze data to surface insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; proactive and detail-oriented.
• Hands-on Canva experience; basic design principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns using our CRM platform.
• Maintain and manage CRM segments and customer profiles for targeting.
• Pull reports, analyze performance, and surface key trends to improve the journey.
• Collaborate with Site and Sales to draft creative briefs and provide customer insights.
• Set up and report on A/B and multivariate tests to inform strategy.
