Job summary

Custom Ink is seeking a CRM Marketing Coordinator to drive hands-on email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns from a home-based position. You will manage CRM segments, analyze performance, and collaborate with internal teams to craft customer-centric campaigns.

Requirements include 1–3 years in CRM or data-driven marketing, experience with ESPs/CDPs (Klaviyo, Hubspot, Salesforce), and a BA in Marketing or related field. Remote-friendly with state registrations and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing
• Familiarity with ESPs and CDPs: Klaviyo, Hubspot, Salesforce
• Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis
• Basic understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to pull reports and analyze data to surface key insights
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset
• Hands-on experience with Canva is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns, managing assets and scheduling sends
• Customer Data Management: Maintain CRM segments and customer profiles for targeted messaging
• Reporting and Analysis: Pull reports, analyze performance, and surface trends to optimize the journey
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Site and Sales to draft briefs and provide customer insights
• Testing Agenda: Set up and report on A/B and multivariate test results to inform strategy
