Custom Ink is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Marketing Coordinator to drive hands-on email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns from our home-based setup. You will manage customer data segments, generate insights, and collaborate with Site and Sales to craft customer-centric briefs.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and testing to optimize campaigns. The position requires 1–3 years in CRM/digital marketing, proficiency with Klaviyo/HubSpot/Salesforce, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on CRM or data-driven marketing experience focusing on email, SMS, or Direct Mail.
• Familiar with ESPs and CDPs such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, testing, and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Campaign Execution: Create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns using our CRM platform.
• Customer Data Management: Maintain CRM segments and customer profiles for targeted messaging.
• Reporting and Analysis: Pull reports, analyze performance, identify trends to optimize journeys.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Site and Sales to draft briefs and incorporate customer insights.
• Testing Agenda: Plan and report A/B and multi-variate tests to guide strategy.
