Job summary

Custom Ink is seeking a CRM Marketing Coordinator to join the remote CRM Marketing team. You will execute email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns, manage audience segments, and analyze performance to improve the customer journey.

You’ll collaborate with Site and Sales, provide insights, and support testing and optimization efforts. This role offers a salary range and robust benefits while staying aligned with market standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing (email/SMS/Direct Mail).
• Familiarity with ESPs and CDPs: Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns; manage assets and scheduling in the CRM platform.
• Customer Data Management: Maintain CRM segments and customer profiles for targeted messaging.
• Reporting and Analysis: Pull reports, analyze performance data, surface key trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Site and Sales to draft briefs and gather customer insights.
• Testing Agenda: Set up and report on A/B and multivariate tests to inform strategy.
