Custom Ink is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Marketing Coordinator to execute email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns and manage customer data. This remote role requires residing in an eligible state and collaborating with Site and Sales teams to deliver targeted audience messaging.

You will analyze performance reports, run A/B tests, and help refine segmentation and personalization strategies, with compensation in the $50,000–$63,000 range and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms: Email Service Providers (ESPs) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs): Klaviyo, Hubspot, and Salesforce
• Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for tasks like content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.
• A basic understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to pull reports and analyze data to surface key insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and a foundational understanding of design principles are a strong plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Campaign Execution: Create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns, ensuring they are accurate and consistent with the Custom Ink brand.
• Customer Data Management: Maintain and manage CRM segments and customer profile data to ensure accurate audience targeting and personalized messaging.
• Reporting and Analysis: Support campaign measurement by pulling reports, gathering and analyzing performance data, and identifying key trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams like Site and Sales to help draft creative briefs and provide customer insights.
• Testing Agenda: Accurate setup and reporting of A/B and multi-variate test results that inform creative and segmentation strategy.
