Custom Ink is seeking a CRM Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns from our remote team. You will manage CRM segments, ensure accurate targeting, and collaborate with Site and Sales to craft customer-centric messages.

Attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and solid communication are essential as you pull performance reports, analyze trends, and optimize the customer journey. Remote role with state residency requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on CRM or data-driven marketing experience with email, SMS, or Direct Mail.
• Familiarity with ESPs and CDPs: Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Ability to pull reports, analyze data, and surface insights.
• Basic understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing.
• Strong communication, organization, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Canva is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns.
• Maintain CRM segments and customer profiles.
