Job summary

ICU Medical, Inc. is seeking a field-based Critical Care Sales Specialist to drive growth for ICU Medical Critical Care products across hospitals and alternate sites.

You will engage Hospital Clinicians and Supply Chain teams, communicate clinical benefits, and lead introductions to new accounts while maintaining existing relationships. The role requires mastery of hemodynamic monitoring, temperature management, and pain management products, plus strong presentation and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience.
• Anesthesia or Critical Care products are preferred background.
• Proven track record of quota/growth in territory and development of existing customer relationships with Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales quota for ICU Medical Critical Care products.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers to grow opportunities.
• Be the clinical expert and problem solver for field level contacts.
• Know territory, contracts, competitors, and distribution models; conduct trials and implementation.
