Job summary

Solari is seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Services to lead a 24/7 crisis contact center in Oklahoma on a remote basis. You will supervise crisis specialists, coach staff, and ensure high-quality clinical practices, including trauma-informed care.

Collaboration with leadership is essential for program delivery, training, and outcomes, with rotating on-call duties. Required are an LMHP in Oklahoma and 2+ years' crisis intervention experience, plus 1+ year supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health or related field.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional in Oklahoma (LMHP).
• 2–5 years of behavioral health industry experience.
• 2+ years of crisis intervention experience preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision in a 24/7 contact center setting.
• Coach others with timely guidance and feedback to support performance.
• Develop, review, and update crisis services and clinical policies.
• Monitor clinical and crisis KPIs and outcomes.
• Conduct audits for quality and compliance.
• Coach team leads for effective crisis center management.
• Train new team leads, crisis agents, and peer supporters.
• Implement trauma-informed care in oversight and policies.
• Collaborate with leadership on program delivery and initiatives.
• Share real-time staff support through staffing and monitoring.
• Perform rotating on-call duties and handle crisis calls as needed.
• Other assigned tasks as required.
