Job summary

Solari, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor of Clinical Services to lead a 24/7/365 crisis contact center team in Oklahoma. You will supervise crisis specialists, coach leads, and ensure trauma-informed care is embedded in policies and clinical procedures.

The role requires collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services and ongoing program development. Responsibilities include overseeing crisis services, monitoring KPIs, training new staff, and implementing trauma-informed practices across

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• LMHP with at least two years post-license experience preferred.
• 2–5 years of related behavioral health industry experience preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crisis specialists and coordinate with contact center leadership on program delivery.
• Coach and guide team leads and crisis agents; provide timely feedback.
• Develop, review, and update crisis services and clinical policies.
• Monitor clinical and crisis KPIs and ensure quality and compliance audits.
