Job summary

Solari, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Services to lead a crisis services team in a 24/7 contact center. You will supervise crisis specialists, coach team leads, and ensure trauma-informed care across policies and procedures.

You will collaborate with center leadership on program delivery, training, and clinical initiatives, with rotating on-call duties and real-time staffing support. This remote role is open to applicants in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• LMHP with at least two years post-license experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of behavioral health industry experience preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and administrative supervision in a 24/7/365 contact center.
• Coach others and provide timely guidance and feedback.
• Develop, review, and update crisis services and clinical policies.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical and crisis KPIs.
• Conduct quality and compliance audits and drive performance improvement.
• Provide coaching to team leads for call center operations.
• Train new team leads, crisis agents, and peer support specialists.
• Implement trauma-informed care practices in oversight, supervision, and policies.
• Collaborate with leadership on service delivery, training, evaluation, and outcomes.
• Handle rotating on-call responsibilities
• Provide real-time staff support via staffing, monitoring, and answering crisis calls.

Education

Master’s Degree in behavioral health or related field

Current LMHP with at least two years post-license experience

2-5 years of related behavioral health industry experience

1+ year of supervisory experience
