Job summary

Solari in the United States is seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Services to oversee crisis services in a 24/7 contact center, supervise crisis specialists, and drive trauma‑informed care initiatives. The role focuses on coaching, policy development, and performance improvement while coordinating with center leadership in a remote-capable setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in behavioral health, is a licensed LMHP in Oklahoma, and brings 2–5 years of crisis intervention experience plus

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• Current LMHP license in Oklahoma with 2+ years post-license experience.
• 2–5 years in behavioral health, crisis intervention preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crisis specialists and coaching teams in a 24/7/365 center.
• Provide timely guidance and feedback to staff and leaders.
• Develop and review crisis services policies and procedures.
• Monitor clinical and crisis KPIs and conduct audits.
• Coach team leads; train crisis agents and peer specialists.
• Implement trauma‑informed care into oversight and policies.
• Coordinate with contact center leadership on service delivery and outcomes.
• Manage rotating on‑call duties and real-time staffing support.
