Job summary

Solari, Inc. seeks a Supervisor, Clinical Services to lead a 24/7 crisis contact center, guiding clinical initiatives, training, and crisis risk assessments with trauma-informed practices.

You will supervise crisis specialists, coach team leads, and collaborate with center leadership to ensure quality service delivery, policy development, and program outcomes. Remote role open to Oklahoma residents.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Current LMHP with at least two years post-license experience, preferably in crisis intervention.
• 2-5 years of related behavioral health industry experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and administrative supervision in our 24/7/365 Contact Center.
• Coach others with timely guidance and feedback.
• Develop, review, and update crisis services and clinical policies.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical and crisis KPIs.
• Complete quality and compliance audits; ensure feedback loops for improvement.
• Coach and supervise team leads for effective call center management.
• Train new team leads, crisis agents, and peer support specialists.
• Implement trauma-informed care practices into oversight and policies.
• Collaborate with leadership on program delivery, training, and outcomes.
• Rotate on-call responsibilities; support staff during crises.
