Job summary

Solari, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Specialist to remotely support Oklahoma residents.

You will receive, assess, and triage crisis and healthcare requests, document interactions in an EHR, and coordinate care while upholding Solari’s values of safety, recovery, and service excellence. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field and at least two years of high-acuity crisis experience; Medicaid knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a behavioral health, substance use, or psychiatric field.
• At least two years of experience in mental health or substance use with high-risk/crisis cases.
• Behavioral health professional preferred; contact center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming crisis and healthcare service requests; coordinate care and resolve crises.
• Demonstrate engagement to inspire hope and resilience.
• Screen and triage requests; use risk assessment tools for safety.
• Apply healthcare knowledge to crisis intervention and resolution.
• Provide health education and connect to community resources.
• Participate in required training, supervision, and meetings.
• Document all interactions in the designated EHR per policy.
