Job summary

Solari, Inc. seeks a Supervisor of Clinical Services to lead a crisis services team within a 24/7 contact center in Colorado. The role focuses on clinical oversight, staff coaching, and program development to ensure trauma-informed care and strong outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a behavioral health field and CO licensure, with several years of clinical leadership and crisis experience. This position offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Active CO Behavioral Health License (LPC/LCSW/PSY/LMFT) or CO endorsement if out-of-state.
• Minimum 5 years of behavioral health experience and 1 year in clinical management; 2 years crisis experience; 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and administrative supervision in a 24/7 contact center.
• Coach staff with timely guidance and feedback.
• Develop and update crisis services policies and procedures.
• Monitor clinical and crisis KPIs and conduct quality audits.
• Provide coaching to team leads and train new staff.
• Implement trauma-informed care across oversight and policies.
• Collaborate with leadership on program delivery, training, and outcomes.
• Handle rotating on-call shifts and real-time staff support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
