Job summary

Solari, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Services to lead a crisis intervention team in a remote role available to applicants in Oklahoma. The position focuses on clinical oversight, staff coaching, policy development, and performance monitoring within a 24/7 crisis contact center.

The candidate will supervise crisis specialists, train new leads and agents, and ensure trauma-informed care is embedded in supervision and procedures, with regular collaboration on program delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in behavioral health or related field is required.
• Current LMHP with at least two years post-license experience is required.
• 2–5 years of related behavioral health industry experience is preferred.
• 2+ years of crisis intervention experience preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical oversight and administrative supervision in a 24/7/365 contact center.
• Coach others with timely guidance and feedback.
• Assist in development and updating of crisis services and clinical policies.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical and crisis KPIs.
• Perform quality and compliance audits with feedback loops.
• Provide coaching to team leads for call center operations.
• Train new team leads, crisis agents, and peer support specialists.
• Implement trauma-informed care into oversight, supervision, and policies.
• Collaborate with leadership on program delivery, training, evaluation, and outcomes.
• Handle rotating clinical on-call duties.
• Provide real-time staff support via staffing, monitoring, and crisis calls.
