Job summary

Solari is a nonprofit crisis services provider operating a 24/7 crisis line serving statewide in Arizona, Oklahoma and Colorado. The Supervisor, Clinical Services, leads the contact center's clinical delivery and oversees a team of crisis specialists delivering trauma-informed care and brief interventions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership on program services, policy development, staff training, and performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in behavioral health or related field and current LMHP in Oklahoma
• 2-5 years related behavioral health experience
• 2+ years crisis intervention experience preferred
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of crisis specialists in 24/7/365 contact center.
• Coach others with timely guidance and feedback.
• Assist in development and updating of crisis services policies and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical and crisis KPIs.
• Complete quality and compliance audits; provide feedback for improvement.
• Provide coaching and oversight to team leads for call center operations.
• Train new team leads, crisis agents, and peer support specialists.
• Implement trauma-informed care in clinical oversight and policies.
• Collaborate with leadership on program services, training, and outcomes.
• Rotating clinical on-call responsibilities
• Provide real-time staff support during calls and staffing
• Perform other tasks as assigned
