Job summary

Solari, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Services to lead the 24/7/365 crisis intervention program, provide clinical oversight, and supervise a team of crisis specialists. The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, training, and policy development.

The position is remote and open to Oklahoma residents; duties include coaching staff, monitoring KPIs, conducting audits, and coordinating with leadership on service delivery, new projects, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field is required.
• LMHP licensure with at least two years post-license experience is required.
• 2–5 years of related behavioral health industry experience preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crisis specialists and oversee 24/7/365 contact center operations.
• Coach staff; provide timely guidance and feedback.
• Develop, review, and update crisis services and clinical policies.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical and crisis KPIs.
• Conduct quality and compliance audits; provide feedback for improvement.
• Provide coaching to team leads for call center management.
• Train new team leads, crisis agents, and peer support specialists.
• Implement trauma-informed care practices in oversight, supervision, and policies.
• Collaborate with leadership on program delivery, training, evaluation, and outcomes.
• Manage rotating on-call responsibilities and real-time staff support.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
