Job summary

Solari is seeking a Crisis Specialist to join our remote team, serving Oklahoma residents. You will respond to crisis and healthcare requests, triage assessments, document in the EHR, and coordinate care while upholding Solari's core values of safety, recovery, and service excellence.

This full-time role offers a remote work arrangement with Oklahoma residency, two distinct overnight schedules, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health, substance use, or psychiatric healthcare-related field; required.
• At least two years in mental health or substance use field managing high-risk, high-acuity, crisis patients or members.
• Behavioral health professional preferred; contact center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and requests for crisis and healthcare services across all contracts; coordinate care and resolve crises.
• Engage with clients to promote hope and resiliency.
• Screen and triage requests, perform risk-based interventions.
• Use clinical screening and intervention skills to resolve crises.
• Provide health education and connect to community resources.
• Participate in training, supervision, and meetings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicaid behavioral health systems and crisis standards.
• Document interactions in EHR per policies.
