Job summary

Solari, Inc. is hiring a Crisis Specialist to handle crisis and healthcare requests remotely while residing in Oklahoma. You’ll assess, triage, and coordinate care, documenting interactions in an EHR and maintaining safety and recovery outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a behavioral health field and at least two years in high-acuity crisis care, with preference for behavioral health professionals and contact center experience. Expect a supportive environment and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, substance use, or psychiatric healthcare-related field.
• At least two years' experience in mental health or substance use crisis care.
• Behavioral health professional preferred.
• Contact Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers all incoming contacts/calls and requests for crisis and healthcare services across all contracts; completes outbound contacts to coordinate care and resolve crisis situations.
• Demonstrate effective engagement skills; inspire hope and promote recovery and resiliency.
• Screen and triage incoming crisis requests, ensuring safety and crisis resolution; use risk assessment tools as needed.
• Utilize healthcare industry standards and clinical screening/intervention skills for crisis or contact resolution.
• Provide health education and community resources based on intervention.
• Participate in required training, supervision, meetings, and clinical oversight.
• Demonstrate upgraded knowledge for new contracts, suicide intervention, Medicaid/Medicare systems, and community resources.
• Interact with effective communication and active listening; apply recovery and resiliency practices.
