Job summary

Solari, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Specialist to receive, triage, and respond to crisis and healthcare requests. Responsibilities include screening, intervening, coordinating care, and documenting in an electronic health record.

The role emphasizes safety, recovery, resiliency, and service excellence within a 24/7 crisis-line framework. Remote work is allowed for Oklahoma residents; two full-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health, substance use, or psychiatric healthcare-related field.
• At least two years of experience in mental health or substance use field managing high-risk, high-acuity, or crisis patients or members.
• Behavioral health professional preferred.
• Contact Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage crisis and healthcare requests across all contracts; coordinate care via calls, emails, texts, or chats.
• Demonstrate engagement skills; inspire hope and promote recovery and resiliency.
• Screen and triage requests using risk assessment tools to guide crisis intervention.
• Utilize knowledge of healthcare standards to resolve crises or contacts.
• Provide health education and community resources based on intervention.
• Participate in required training, supervision, and meetings.
• Demonstrate growing knowledge of crisis systems and Medicaid/Medicare managed care.
