Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer Crisis Hotline/988 calls and perform suicide risk screening.
• Assess risk of harm to self or others and provide supportive listening; link to resources.
• Determine when to dispatch mobile response or emergency intervention.
• Collaborate with community partners to ensure safety and continuity of care.
• De-escalate callers; consult supervisor on interventions when needed.
• Complete required trainings and participate in supervision sessions.
