Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Analyst for Credit Bureau Reporting and Corrections. The role handles electronic disputes, reviews inquiries, and researches issues to provide timely responses.

The position is remote in the United States with starting pay in the range of $30.32 to $32.80 per hour. Responsibilities include investigating disputes, communicating with credit bureaus via E-Oscar, and ensuring accurate loan data while adhering to RESPA, TILA, and FCRA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong research/analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with mortgage servicing regulations (RESPA, CFPB, TILA) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Metro 2 format is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate credit reporting disputes and analyze records for accuracy.
• Respond to credit disputes via E-Oscar and submit corrections.
• Determine when corrections are warranted and update loan data in systems.
• Support internal departments and track inquiries to report trends.
