Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Credit Bureau Reporting & Corrections Analyst to handle electronic disputes, review inquiries, and resolve issues with bureaus. This role involves researching, responding within deadlines, and staying compliant with RESPA, TILA, FCRA, and CFPB guidelines.

Starting pay is $30.32–$32.80 per hour with remote work from home. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of related mortgage servicing or credit bureaus disputes experience, strong analytical skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in mortgage servicing or credit bureaus disputes.
• Familiarity with Metro 2 format is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate credit reporting disputes by analyzing records for accuracy per Metro 2 standards.
• Respond to credit disputes via E-Oscar and submit corrections to bureaus.
• Determine if corrections are warranted and update credit reporting as needed.
• Make loan updates and ensure proper notation in the system.
