Responsibilities

• Manage workflow and assign work for Credit Reporting & Corrections team.
• Oversee borrower disputes and communications per policy and laws.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure service standards are met.
• Guide corrections using eOSCAR and bureau resources.
• Provide training and leadership to team members.
• Handle escalated requests and resolve problems for customers.
