Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Credit Analyst III, Specialty Lending based in the United States for a remote role. The candidate will evaluate complex lending transactions, including asset-based and non-traditional structures, and prepare risk assessments to support credit decisions.

The role requires extensive experience in specialized lending, strong financial modeling, and the ability to communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive credit analysis experience in specialty, structured, asset-based, or non-traditional lending.
• Advanced proficiency in commercial financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and credit structuring.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors (e.g., litigation finance, fund finance, leveraged lending).
• Evaluate non-traditional collateral and repayment structures.
• Build and monitor asset-based lending borrowing bases and collateral eligibility.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations for senior management and loan committees.
• Mentor junior analysts and share underwriting knowledge.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments affecting specialty lending.
