Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Credit Analyst III, Specialty Lending based in the United States. This remote role requires rigorous underwriting of complex lending transactions across specialty sectors with a focus on asset-based and non-traditional collateral.

You will mentor junior analysts and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure sound credit decisions, staying current on market and regulatory developments within specialty lending.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive credit analysis experience, with specialty/structured lending preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in commercial financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and credit structuring.
• Familiarity with receivables financing concepts and asset-based lending.
• Understanding of litigation finance fundamentals and related risk timelines.
• Experience with structured and leveraged finance, sponsor-backed transactions, and exit strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to loan committees.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors, including asset-based and non-traditional lending.
• Evaluate collateral and repayment sources, including non-traditional assets and case-specific structures.
• Build borrowing base calculations, advance rates, and collateral eligibility for ABL facilities.
• Assess litigation finance risk, case merits, and anticipated settlement timelines.
• Evaluate sponsor experience, LTV/LC metrics, and feasibility of exit strategies.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations and risk assessments for leadership and committees.
• Analyze multi-entity borrowers, SPVs, and syndicated lending structures.
• Mentor junior analysts and share underwriting methodologies.
